Here is the one I found and instaled it works really well I use it to haul my 4X6 trailer with extra tires and tool box when I go to Auto cross races in Miami.

What does it weld or bolt on to? Any pictures from under??

It bolts on. I tried but you can't see it. I was looking for a reciever type but I had to settle for this one.
