Hello again,



Seems my car has been haunted by strange problems...now I have a new one...



We got my carb fixed...some kind of vaccum switch was froze open or shut in the carb...he just took it out and patched it with a new hose...



Every once in a while...around some corners...or while I'm setting...my radiator fluid light will just come on...buzzer and all...only stays on a little while and then back off...but I have plenty of fluid...I don't get it



also...I'm getting even more smoke coming off the bolt on catalyst...so much it comes in the vents at times...and all around the hood...I think I may need a new exaust pipe all the way back...and headers



Is it a bad thing when bugs die and roll down your window while you idle?...hehe





off to clean up my baby...gotta take my other baby to prom tonight...and try not to get hit by a drunk on the way home

I had the same problem with the coolant buzzer on my 83. First, pressure check the system and the cap. See if you have any leaks. Mine turned out to be the cap was working right.
