Well, you read right. I went back after only one day to pick up my car (which had a blown engine) with a flat bed tow trailer, and it was gone. I called the cops, they came, ran the plates and said it wasnt impounded or towed. So, I filled out a stolen vehicle report, and went back home crying.

All I have to say is that whoever took it better hope the cops find them before I do...

Oh yeah, and could you all look out for any of my parts or even similar parts being sold ANYWHERE? Ebay, The Parts Trader, here, other forums, hell even your local papers...

Dude, thats fucked up! So whoever took it would have had to tow it?

I really hope you get it back.

Its getting really bad to leave your car on the side of the road these days for some reason. Over here if you leave your car on the road for a day or so, you'll come back to all your windows smashed, the car searched through and the battery and license plates stolen.

yeah, add your location to your profile and put a post in gen discussion detailing what it looks like, mods, etc so everyone in your area can keep a lookout for you.

Remember:

When you recover the car from whatever teenagers took it for a joy ride "They overdrove my engine.. they ******* blew my engine!"

Sorry to hear about that man.. I'd go postal (homicidal) on those ******* if I ever found 'em. Nobody messes with one of our forum members and gets away with it. Frig man... that absolutely blows.

I wish you the best in recovering her. My Dodge Shadow was stolen twice (if you can believe that) and recoverd both times... first time it was found atop a pile of rocks in a farmer's field... Insurance paid for an entire bumper-to-bumber paint job and the body work to straighten out the dents in the floor. Let's hope they stole it to drive it, or respray and sell it, rather than part it out.

Again, where was it stolen, and what was your VIN? if I see it (as doubtful as that might be) I'll get the cops on those *******, then give 'em a piece of my mind... on the end of a lead pipe!

Jon

edit: you answered location as I was posting/beat me to it
