Listen to jeff, I am running BUR7EQ in the leading and BUR9EQ in the trail. I have a 2nd gen direct fire conversion.

BR9EQ-14 may be a little cold. Here is some trivia for you. Which plugs did the HC Luce use? BR7EQ-14! That's a hot plug. It was for an automatic tranny luxury car. The sedentary driving style requires a hotter plug to keep deposits from building up. You can probably use BR9EQ-14 in your engine and have no problems, but just remember to open the secondaries from time to time and drive it hard now and then. You know, typical RX-7 style driving. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

In Germany we get BR8ET from NGK for the 1Gen Models. I Think for you in States you need BR9ET, because you cannot go so fast https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/tongue.png
|
we can get the 8s but they are special order at most places
|
BR8ET only has three grounds. BR8EQ-14 has four.
