So I have started workin on the FB again sence the weather is good again I got my battery relocated, workin on port and polish the intake manifold. going to send my carb off to sterling. my question is what do you do with the vac hoses? like for the vac advance on the dizzy. I removed all emmision and noticed their is a few hoses left. Also The whole thing about a breather or catch can for the oil filler neck what is every one do with that. Also the hose that comes out of the block by the filler neck and goes over to the other side of the engine bay looks like it would connect to the intake?

A catch can is a boinger thing. It's not needed as far as I know on a rotary.

The oil filler tube nipple goes straight to the PCV valve on the intake manifold. It keeps the oil filler tube from developing rust. The gas tank breather line is also supposed to go to it, I think.

As for vacuum advance, never had it, never will.

i don't run vac advanced either. as for the pcv setup, there's a write up on the rx7club board, i used it to get mine hooked up to get rid of the moisture in the oil filler tube.
