anyone know if the series 3 came with an amp...if so wot type was it

yes. 2 clarion amps in the compartments. I think. and it should be in the first gen section. i think.

Some people refer to RX-7's as Series 1, 2, etc. instead of the year.

I could of swore series III came with a factory amp, but I was looking into an aftermarket CD player recenty.

According to the guy at Best Buy (I know) our 7's didn't have a factory amp.

Thats just what I heard. I think it does, because usually any car with an eq. has an amp to the best of my knowledge.
