ok so here we go..

Omp question- If you made your block off plate yourself, what materials did you use? What oil-resistant gasket material did you find to work best?

Other question- My brights dont work... All fuses are good...I cant think of anything that I havent checked that would cause them to not work.

I use steel / aluminum plate... OEM gasket with RTV.

I would suspect you multiswitch is faulty... Although, I've had both my brights fail before... Have you tried replacing the bulbs?
