No Oil Pressure?!?!?

When I first got my car at idle the oil pressure was at 60psi and when i would bring the RPMs up it usually goes somwhere in between 60 and 110 but now at idle it stays at 30psi and and when I bring up the RPMs it goes to 60 and stays there............yes i do have oil i already checked. Bad oil pump? what could this be? Thanks in advance
