My 13b 6-port Swap (86)

Are those new hoses, and do you have clamps on everything?
And technically you would get more pressure from 5/16" hoses and more volume from 3/8" hoses. But thats only if it runs all the way, Carb to Tank.
It was explained to me, when I was having probs with my carb(and Im pretty sure its true)that pressure isnt the big factor unless you run EFI. With N/A engines your really looking for volume. Instead of PSI(pounds per square inch), you should be checking the GPM(gallons or litres per minute)of that pump.

The pump is rated way over what I am supposed to be running, so I should be getting enough fuel. Everything is clamped tight. Its weird after I drive it, I pull in my driveway and let it ldle and it drops like from 4,3,2 and then it wants to stall. Maybe I don't have enough gas in my tank. Because the tank is mounted a little high than the tank so Maybe I need to get more gas so it gets help sucking it into the pump. BUt I got my timing figured, and when I get fuel, the thing rips. Ten times faster than the 12a.
