To Much Fuel!

ok my 48mm dellorto is dumping to much gas in my car so it is bogging on the top end (5k up) and i was told advancing the timing would help with the to much fuel and kinda counteract??? if this is true and some one has done this i need some help... like wich way is advancing the timeing???dur as in turning to dizzy conter clockwise or clockwise to get the picture... i hope! o it is a stop port 12a running a carb jetted for sea leval at 5500 feet

actualy the problem of the bogging i think is my fuel pump is'nt putting the amount of gas and it is just draining it all before it get up there

???? could this be the problem????

yes, you need an upgraded fuel pump and regulator to run a dellorto
