i need help installing my msd 6a pics would help so i can see where i can mount the msd to

and plus it didnt come with the directions on how to hook the msd up to 2 coils

it only goes to the leading coil (front one)



then 2 big wires to power ground. and 4 go to coil / ignitor. don't know teh colors off hand.



as for mounting... have fun

real easy. the thick red and black are power and ground. the other thiner red wire goes to the old + wire for the coil the orange and black wires go to the coil, orange is +. now, remove your igniter for the leading, thare is the green and violet wires coming out if the msd, they are the magnetic pickup wires. take off the cap, rotor and shiled exposing the wires that go from the igniter connector to the magnetic pick up. the wires from the mag pick up shouldbe red and green. this is the important part, the red wire from the pick up goes to the green wire from the msd and the violet goes to the green wire from the pickup. as for mounting.... any place is good you could mount it on the pasenger side by the head light motor, or on the fire wall ajacent to the washer bottle, or you could even mount it inside the pasengerside foot well. me, i put the battery in the storage bin behind the pasenger seat and mounted the msd to the sheetmetal around the radiator... hope i helped
