well i fixed the piece that was broken. but now i believe i have an intake leak from the intake manifold. im seeing radiator fluid leaking from somewhere. i cant actually see the fluid, but i see it evaporating from the heat shield thats bent downward (helps catch loose bolts) underneath the exhaust manifold. i think its from the underneath of the intake manifold. dumbass here didnt put gasket sealant on the intake manifold gasket. could that be why? i know its radiator fluid because you can smell it. oh and i have a stuck seal possibly, its hard to tell with the way it is running. any thoughts would be helpful, im sitting here waiting for some help....*cough *cough.

well ive been working on figuring this **** out. here goes: that piece that i said was broke, and i jb welded, broke again. do you guys know what im talking about. the little piece of metal thats used to opent he secondaries? ill get a pic if i can soon. but anyways i rubbed some leftover i didnt use from this morning on the wall. well i checked it, and it was still somewhat wet. my fault, i must not have put enough hardener in it when i mixed it. also i noticed the intake leak, which was VERY small from where i had not put on any gasket sealant. well i have remixed and reapplied the jb weld to the piece, and it is already hard after 20 minutes. i have to get a new intake gasket, but im just going to make a new one from carboard. when i go to reattach the intake, i will be using gasket sealant on every gasket i can find. instead of waiting a week for the new gasket, im going to just make one, im very anxious because i cranked it earlier, and it was GREAT it ran perfectly, the i reved it a little more to make it warm up a little faster, because for some reason it wouldnt run without the choke pulled out, im sure ill get to that soon enough. but i reved the **** out of it one good time and it all went to ****. what happened i believe is i broke that weak *** weld. sooooo.....im sorry this is so long and ****, but, i think ive got it figured out, and now i have to make new gaskets and get some gasket sealant. and im going to re-enforce the weld with more weld when it dries. wish me luck oh and maybe the reason i thought i had a stuck seal, was maybe because the secondaries were not even opening even at full throttle. and remember a while back i said the float bowls sight glass was full of gas, well maybe because the secondaries were not opening and it just kept dumping fuel into the bowls. wow guys, i think i may have gotten this figured out.....
