Carb has been removed for god, the 5th time? as soon as i took it off i noticed the shutter valve was closed, i tried to force it open and it wasnt very easy. i believe the vaccum unit was bad, but i went ahead and took off the complete intake manifold (why not?) and noticed the internal metal wasnt looking too good. So all in all i may have found the whole problem, but it will be a while before ill know for sure. im going to have to drill out the valve plates, and leave the arm, i dont feel like going through all the trouble of diconnecting it and finding something to plug the hole. but i AM going to clean the inside of the whole intake system with a dremel tool of somesort, light sandpaper kind of deal, and block of some more stuff that i dont think i really need. will be posting pics soon of nastyness with the help of j9fd3s

cause im an idiot, thats basiclly the reasons. scratch the dremmel tooling, just going to clean and resurface with some fine sandpaper, clean it up and smooth it out some, but rains in the forecast for the next 3 days, so the engine is all wrapped up and soaking in ATF, ill be cleaning the whole intake and removing the rest of the BULLSHIT from the carb. :bigok:
