hears the deal i had an 82 12a but it had an oil leak so i got an 79 motor for 200$. but i need to know how i can make a 79 12a motor work with an 82 distributer, and with an 82 setup.

I think all you need is an electronic dizzy. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
