Just wondering if anybody has any experience in tightening up the steering slop on an 84 GS RX-7? I have heard that it is a pain in the a**. Are there any sights around that show you this with pictures? I have a lot of slop in my steering and want to tighten it up, thanks.

Before you mess with your steering box, check the idler arm bushings.

Yea, I replaced the Idler arm bushings on my 82 a couple of months ago and they were shot to hell. You can redo the bushings in the steering linkage with polyurethane or just new ones, that will help a bit.
