Holley 600 Not Squirting Fuel

I just got a holley 600. It's a 4160.1850-3 carb. When I move the throttle no gas comes out of squirter. Fuel pressure is set to 6 psi on my holley regulator. What should I check in the carb?

I had the wrong metering gasket. that problem is fixed. not just a stumbe just off idle.
