Yeah a whitish foam around the inside of the filler tube. It's wierd looking. My motor wasn't running at all when I noticed it.Could it be from the engine being cold?It was -1 here last night.

I have seen it before. Actually had it happen to me. I don't know what caused it, but I drilled a small hole in the cap and didn't have the problem anymore.

Thats supposed to be a vaccum line on the Oil Filler tube?It was never hooked up that way.My old 12a some one had plugged it off.I just shoved a bolt in the hose.I guess I should live it open to ventilate?

I have the one on the center housing going to the charcoal canister, and a breather on the oil filler tube one.
