LOL...sorry I shouldn't have used the acronymn. Air Seperation Tank...it is commonly used to reduce bubbles from the radiator. I eliminated mine. On second thought you are just going to use the stock location for the rad then huh?
Are you going to use the FD WP and pullies? If not want to sell me the Airpump elimination kit?
Yes i am gonna use the fd water pump and pulleys, Yeah i am gonna use the 3 row rad that i had built for the cooling system and hope it is enough to cool it properly, not sure what to do about the 2 rad caps though, Might just keep them both since the one on the motor is higher than the one in the rad, have gotten no where near that far into the project yet or really have a fully thought out game plan.LOL I am just working on getting the motor ready to go into the car and doing the front suspension swap, then making it run, i will cross the little bridges when they come i guess! LOL

Alright,So i got to work on the car a lil bit yesterday and i pulled the front suspension out of my second gen parts car and got it all together and ready to go into the 1st gen, then i started to make all the block off plates for the FD intake manifold and got them installed, then got all of the plugs cut off the FD engine harness and placed on the motor where they go. Now all i gotta do is get my car to the shop so i can pull the motor and subframe to start putting it all back together and get it tuned!

I was running the 4.88s but the car has not ran in over 2 yrs. I was planning on running them, it really depends on how much highway driving you do. They are awsome and fun as hell if you can cruise around town(45-65mph)If there is alot of highway driving the rpms are high 5300 or so if i do remeber correctly.

Have you got any pics of your FC cross member swap, I got a 88 gxl member with rack, swaybar and arms just sitting in my shop waiting for some inspiration. Could you take some picks of the cross member and the motor mounts for the FD motor?
Thanks!
Thanks!
