Well finally the parts are coming in! I should have a good step of progress this weekend.

Should have the body work done, hopefully paint job, should have the exhaust, carb, intake, fuel, etc all setup too..hopefully get it running! I'll get more pics up after this weekend.

Came home as the UPS guy was showing up..I offered to carry the boxes for him ...it was hot, he was tired looking.. and besides, it always pays to be nice to your UPS people...OR ELSE!

And my favorite part out of the boxes! The holley bridge port manifold... nice looking piece, good port jobs, clean... just the way i like it.

Now to just build the bridge port motor,lol..

For now i'm going to put all the stuff on the car, get it running enough to move around under its own power, and see what else needs to be replaced.

I'm picking up the fuel pump, fpr and line this weekend. Should have the seat brackets made up and installed too... no cage..cage takes too long, but it'll come later...

I have a bunch of photos. I had four guys helping me with the car this weekend, couldn't thank them enough..was not expecting that much help. Sadly, even with all the help..all that got accomplished was finishing getting the tar out, inspecting, powerwashing, prepping and coating the interior floor. Found some new rust up in the firewall area...the car has more rust then I originally thought it would... after cleaning it up though, it seems to be happier, lol..got that old musty smell out too!

The car does have the GSL rear disk and lsd installed from my friend before i bought it...so thats making me want to get this baby running! I want to see how the swap does around the corners!

I'll still be at NOPI, but with my jeep instead of the rx7..oh well, there is always rotorfest!
