is it still clicking? could be the starter itself. have it checked and confirm that its functioning properly.

i'd say just just put a little (about a teaspoonful) of MMO in the chambers - maybe a little motor oil, too) - make sure the engine goes through full revolutions by hand, and then try it. as long as you have fuel and spark at that point, you should be fine.
