Yeah, just layout the engine and drive-train and then weld up a chassis around it.

Actually, my friends and I had an idea to make a cart or small beach buggy out of my left over 12a. :smirk:

a non turbo 20b would be really cool, keep in mind you do have to rebuild the 20b if you want any power out of it

mike
Or take use of the lower compression and hit it with a 150 hp shot of NOS. :smirk:

I wasn't.I really want a T04R to make the power goal of 500 at the flywheel. Hopefully I can scam my parents garage for this project. This time full kit for me. Looking at about 16-18000 cdn for this one before paint and kit.

I'm thinking of not putting in a 20B seq TT now. =(

The constant badgering from friends to get a 13BT is finally starting to wear me down and the fact that I'm hearing that if my car is quicker than 10secs, it will be put off the road. Its not a drag car, so maybe a 20B is too much overkill.

I might go a 13B-RE with a big custom-made T04 turbo.

What do you reckon?

I reckon(that makes me sound like a redneck)That a RE is just as good and allows you to use many factory parts. You can bolt it to a T2 tranny and use the US spec SE parts to mount the engine on a SE crossmember.I just think a 20B would be different and unique up here.I can get a whole S5 driveline straight from a 89 T2 for $2000 cdn if I wanted it.Thats the entire thing too.Engine, tranny, ecu harness' and ignition with T2 coils.I just want a 3 rotor that bad that I told him no or it would be shipped up here already.
