I think to get 500hp from a turbo II you would have to port and run some atkins two piece seals, or ceramic, but it could be done but if you can afford it and if its technically possible why not the 20B, just because of how rare it is let alone the power and fun of driving it
Thats what I'm leaning to right now.I could get the money for the engine, tranny, clutch, flywheel and counterwieght saved by christmas then I can get the guy across the road from me to weld in the custom mounts for it.He has 20 years welding experience so I trust him to weld the mounts for it.I would mount the drivetrain first then weld the mounts so I know it will fit right the first time. Then I can save up during next spring and summer and get the rest of the parts I need slowly together and bring it to life. The torque of the 20b alone would be nice.Let alone the 500hp at the flywheel mark I set for this project.I wonder if 20B twins would clear the bay????Need to start the engine on those or something till I get a t04R for it.

Yeah, Too bad. :yum:

Bullet-proof reliablity, Incredible Torque, well over 300 Instant horsepower, No Lag, No ECU, a nice simple carb system, and a light as hell FB body.

Yuck.

a non turbo 20b would be really cool, keep in mind you do have to rebuild the 20b if you want any power out of it

What are the side housings like for porting on a 20B? Is there the same amount of material as a 13BT?

I'm still thinking of a 20B with EFI and a T04R setup.with approx. 500 to the flywheel. :yum:
