I used a taurus fan for a while, and it seemed to work, however the fan drew so much amperage that i had to put in a 35 amp inline fuse on it, and it would even sometimes blow that thing.

The best bet is to get a generic brand fan from www.summitracing.com or something. I got their adjustable fan and it works ok!! pm me for more details.

(i also used a schucks auto supply thermostat for auto on/off functionality, very nice luxury!! the fan will come on after the car is off and the engine heats up due to lack of fluid flow. prevents overheating when it needs it most!)

Is there a reason to keep the clutch fan? Or should I just ditch it and get 1 or 2 e fans for my radiator?

Go Shelby Cobra style and get Dual e-Fans. My clutch fan is starting to go so I though of an e-Fan mod.
