so i swapped a 83-85 core into my 80...(12a)

the slave on the tranny was taken off. now that im putting it back on its fully extended. how would i depress it? and i tryed pushing on the fork (where the slave pushes) and it will not go back. what could be wrong there?

it took me a while to line the motor up and to pop that last 2 inches in. could i have messed something up?
