Custom drive shaft will have to be made :( $$$

Directfreak-custom

Mike-P-28-custom

AJC-13B-custom

Me-will be custom (don't have one yet)

But if you're real clever maybe you can find a way to adapt the T2 yoke to the FB shaft?? From what Mike says the driveshaft he had made is the same length as the regular FB one (which makes sence because the T2 trans is the same length as the n/a one).

Custom. :squint: Good thing about having one made though is you can have the shop install replaceable u-joints when they make it. Definately will save money down the road.

FWIW:

I had to have a driveshaft made for my car and it was not very expensive. It only cost about $100 to have them me a drive shaft out of a 1st gen shaft. I had them mod the yokes for replaceable u-joints and balance it. I gave them the dimensions they needed and they cut the old tube off and installed a new tub the correct length.

You should be able to take the trans yoke from a T2 and the diff yoke you have and they should be able to just add the correct length tube.

check out Inland Empire driveline for some info at http://www.iedls.com/

I had mine done locally at Perry Hall Power Equipment in Maryland.
