So I have the leading ignitor connected directly to a dual coil from a later distributorless RX7 and the trailing connected through the distributor in the normal way using the cap terminals previously used by the leading system. I have not driven the car yet, but it starts easy, revs up and idles well. I can't be the only person who has tried this, but I do not see this set-up in use. Is this going to not work or cause some running issues down the road?

Thanks,

Duff
