a buddy of mine made a bracket that bolted to a drum brake rear and let you run the discs.

its not too bad, but you need to be able weld and measure

to do anything custom you better be able to measure.welding is a bonus tho.

about the ignition thing i can tell you all about it, it's not worth it just leave it like it is, the first gen ignition set up is fine, if they left the stock set up on a race car making about 450hp then i think it will be just fine for you, i always just used 2nd gen plugs

the imsa cars used the stock ignition except they had something like msd's, $1000 japanese ignition boxes?
