MMO is the milk of the Gods, I just wont use it in my oil cause it thins it down. I will run some thru before an oil change and I use a ton in the gas tank.

Please explain MMO to a rotary novice. We're autocrossing a newly acquired 1st gen with a pretty much stock 13B, and trying to learn what we can about about the engines. The MMO comments sound interesting.

Thanks

I use it or 2 stroke as a back up incase the omp fails which it will probably never do. I use the MMO in the gas as a way to keep my fuel system clean and also keep carbon from building up in my engine. 2 stroke oil is thick enuff to where it coats the inside of the motor like it does a 2 stroke the way I understand it and Im sure it helps bump the compression a bit on an older motor. I know since I have been runnin oil in my gas I feel a little bit more pull than I do without but I dont have anything to prove that with but my butt dyno.

you run 2 stroke and MMO , do you do this at the same time? sounds like that would lower the octane to like 90

im setting up a huge sentra dual electric fan with a 2nd gen rad. I can fit a 2nd gen oil cooler in front of the electric fan too...its that big. Than actually setup a timer during shutdown to bring the engine temps down to elliminate heat soak. I'll have some pics up soon enough.
