Clutch Pedal

79-83? are different from 84-85, but should interchange
lets see, the hardest part is that its under the dash.
my 82 has the 4 nuts from the brake booster, plus i think the two from the clutch master, there is one more below the booster nuts, and then i think 2 to the steering column.
i'm pretty sure after you loosen all that, it just comes out

no drilling. they put a little cover over the hole the clutch master uses. everything else is basically the same.
On or something. How do I get it off? Will there be spots behind it for the bolts to go in so I can mount the master cylinder?

that cover has 2 studs on it, so there are nuts on the inside, 12mm head. clutch master goes in, uses same nuts
theres no welding in mazda, its all bolt on stuff

Between clutch master and slave? Where can I get these as it seems they are hard to come by...

yep there is a hardline and a short soft line. people regularly put braided lines on it, ebay might be a good place for that? hard line would be junkyard stuff.
if you wanna make something its the same 10x1.0 threads as the brakes. hard line just does a 90 degree, runs along the firewall and then the soft line goes down to the motor.

Ok I got the pedal assembly with the clutch and brake pedals. Will I have to take the steering column out to get the old one and new one out/in? How do I reattatch brake master cylinder piston to the new brake pedal and off the old?
