Been there done that works great as long as the carb works good

Easy *** swap to do.No wiring needed.Can use a 12a harness.

I just got my 86 six port with racing beat intake/holley. finally got it running right, the four barrel opening. It is crazy fast. First gear is non exsistant, just buries the tach after 3 grand, its great. Lots faster than my 12a and pulls so hard up top. I love it, I am so glad I did this.

go with a holley 600 or 650, anything bigger with would be useless...since u have a six port motor.. a racing beat six port intake manifold, get a nice header, if youre rebuilding i wouldve advisied u to lose to six ports.. and get t2 4 port side housings... 4 port is better than 6 port in my opinion... for porting and power making..

i use to have a 12a bridge port holley 650 racing beat intake manifold header and cat back doing 13.6's with stock tires a stock 3.90 diff and a 4 puck act clutch...
