I think the trans yoke is supposed to look like it's all the way in.

Not past 75?

Sounds like you may need a new clutch...?

Does it slip like a ****?

I remember on my other car (read: non rx7) when my clutch went and I couldn't get higher than 75 km/h. Everyone driving behind me was getting sooo pissed off like I was doing it on purpose or something. Got that fixed quick I can tell ya.

i agree about that, it sounds like a slipping clutch perhaps. and about it running too rich, i wouldnt worry about the smell or the burning eyes, thats what makes a rotary in my opinion, but if its effecting the performance, try adjusting your idle mixture. its the screw located below the fuel inlet and returm lines.

It looks like a S4 T2 tranny(like the one on my garage floor)Seeing as it has a NSS on it with the harness dangling there.I still need to get another FB shifter and housing for my swap.
