Bolt size and thread pitch

I am doing a 12a conversion into a vw bug and am in need of info on what bolt size and thread pitch to use to mount up the adaptor to the engine flange. I bought the adaptor and flywheel second hand and it did not come with any of the correct bolts. Thanks fo any info you can give me.
