I recently had my 12A street ported. I can't complain, it runs great But I want more power. So blow through turbo is how I'm going to accomplish this. I checked out rotary shack and picked up on a couple of ideas. Just wana know where I might get a 12A turbo manifold.

you can get a tII 13b manifold and modify it to fit the 12a.

I didn't know that was possible cool. I thought of using a 2nd gen eclipse turbo. I don't think I'm going to go nuts on boost maybe 8 or 10 psi. What yall think????

Why not just use the turbo from a tII also? I'm sure that you can find someone selling the the exhaust manifold turbo together in the 2nd gen fs section.

rotaryshack also carries 12a turbo manifolds!

as far as using the eclipse turbo, it will work, but the exhaust housing is too small for a rotary, so the turbo wont make more than 8 psi because of the extremly high backpressure

people also use saab and volvo turbos with the same results as the eclipse turbos

the reason I thought of using the eclipse turbo was a friend of mine has it and its rebuilt, and extermly cheap. I looked at rotary shack and didn't se the 12a exghaust manifolds. Probably did not look hard enoufgh.....

One way to fit a 13B Turbo manifold is to get a 12A engine to header flange and the same flange for a 13B. Take it to a muffler or machine shop and they can fill in the rest. The adapter is also reverseable if you ever need to put a 12A header on a 13B temporarily.
