You would have to have something to keep the pressure from the turbo escaping on a blowthrough, so you would need a carb hat. I would probably go with a weber. Im thinking about doing the same thing to my car and run really low boost. Hope this helps!

I have a turbo-prepped weber 48DCOE. You can get them at www.rotaryshack.com from Robert.

It is FAST!!!!

I need a header that fits a 12A, any suggestions? I dont really want to do an engine swap or anything because my engine was rebuilt like not even a year ago. Theres gotta be some way to get one on there. Or order one from japan, damn japanese 12A Turbos!

You have a blowthrouhg turbo setup? If so, you would need a custom downpipe made.

If you're talking about a normally aspirated 12a, just go to www.racingbeat.com

i dont have a turbo and i dont plan on getting into that for a long time. i do however have a 12a manifold that i got off ebay. now if i go out to the store and pick up a 45DCOE weber, is it gonna come with all the gaskets and bits n pieces so that i can just bolt it right up the same day?

iluvmySA, just a word from the wise:

Rotaryshack.com : Robert is a blowthrough genious. One of the most knowledgable rotary guys i know. He is down to earth, technical, and all around a good guy....... until it comes to shipping. He is a compulsive liar about shipping! He will say he shipped it, when he actually hasnt, just so you dont get worried. In this respect, i give him a one out of 10 stars. In EVERY OTHER aspect of my deals with him, I give him a 10 out of 10.

Not only did he give me a good deal, he hooked me up with SOOO much free/ discounted stuff i can't even believe it.

About the whole shipping ordeal: you WILL get your parts. Don't nag, just call every once in a while and politely say "Where the hell are my parts, robert....". You'll get them. Do NOT plan your setup on a time-frame, as it will go at his time, not yours.

PM me if you are worried about dealing w/ him or have any other questions. But all in all i would say he is definately the guy to go to.
