Whats up,

I want to put some wide tires on my first gen. The only way im going to pull that off is if I get some fender flares..

I cant find any cool ones for a good price.

So I am trying to make a set for my car, and I want to know what you guys think so far.. Keep in mind that they are a crude work in progress..

if you're looking for flares, mariah motorsports has em, and so does mazda competition, isc racing....

Would you happen to have the web address for mazda competition or isc racing....

Or anyway of getting ahold of them??

That front looks dope man.Loving the vents

RE_TurboFB 12-24-2007 10:16 PM

Most people in my town think there stupid looking but once i get them right I think it might look cool... If not I'm considering trying to make a full wide body kit....

i love the entire front end. especially the front bumper.

did you make that too? do you have the stock large brace underneath, or is that entirely gone?

RE_TurboFB 12-25-2007 11:15 PM

A friend of mine wrecked his Honda that had this front air dam on it...

It was broken up pretty good I got it for $20, and used it as a base for the one I have now. It took alot of spray foam and fiberglass, but most of all trying to learn how to do it right https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/angry.gif !!!

I cut Out the stock aluminum front bumper and welded in a tube frame front bumper to make it fit right..

Car is looking good. I had not seen you post in a while so I thought you abandoned the project. I thought that I would also add that you can use cabriolet flares or with a little modification you can use 240z flares.

RE_TurboFB 12-28-2007 01:57 AM

This might be a dumb one...but ???? Can I use stock? 240Z flares or do I use some aftermarket 240Z flares. If so do you know where I could get a set???

Thanks!
