Just bought a 13b gsl se ccar starts great revs nice but put it in gear with clutch still in the motor revs up and down about 700 rpms went for a drive after 5 mile it did it all the time until I stopped after about 2 minites it stopped reving up and down .Can any one help? No modes to it.

 

sounds like it needs TPS adjustment from what I understood here....

Check the throttle cable while you're at it, it could be over tightened.

 

toke some throttle body cleaner and some wd40 spayed it the thottle body intake down cleaned bac valve put wd on butterflys and shafts and it fixed it.
