I could get the twin turbos of an FD or Nissan 300ZX real cheap. Plan is to boost my 12a.

Original plan was to take the turbo from the FC3S and slap it on(with all the necessary mods ofcourse). But can it be done to assemble a 12a Twin turbo?

 

Whats your reason for wanting to run twins in the first place? Big single is going to be easier to tune, cheaper to build, and produce a shitload more power.





Also search the forums, questions like this have been answered hundreds of times.

 

Did you rebuild your engine? Otherwise there is no real point to twins. You'll get all the psi your engine can take without blowing form one turbo.

 

anything in any car is possible with money and know how. but having the money, and possesing the know how is key. not trying to be an ***. but if you have to ask this question dont do it.



to do a budget turbo on a 12a is easy. use a single turbo from anything. have a turbo manifold made from anyone that can weld. along with down pipe of course. plumb the oil return and feed. and plumb the tubes to into your carb/or TB and tune. done.



you can also convert a 12a to fuel injection pretty damn cheap with a mega squirt. you can PM me and i'll break it down for you.
