I've heard of the Alameda thing, but I never went, too much bullshit goin on out there..

 

have u heard of the stop light where u can take off and exactly 1/4 mile away is some train tracks so its perfect to race? that place is ******* tight. gotta shift mad quick yo

 

A+ on the bullshit thing...,it's best just go on a prearanged race.... ie friends... going there looking for a race is a joke!!!! They did alot of construction for the Alameda cor. so it was torn up for a while... but it has a killer launch pad.... my Friend's 64 nova station wagon pulled the wheels all the way thru first till he ripped the back bumper off... that was in early 90's RIP the Soba brothers.....

damn you guys are crazy... where else is 80+ the normal freeway speed.... where else is every redlight run... the cops have no control on drivers...too much crime not enough cops... the CHP are the guys who really suck in CA.... and motorcycle cops too !!!!!
