uh, only if you can get a Turbo II with a blown engine, the swap from a non turbo to a turbo will require more than just the engine, you will need the whole drivetrain, so it is usually better to start off with a T2.. But since you may not be gettin a seven, try a miata.. They handle well and have good aftermarket stuff...

me pap said its either civic or the fox...civic is faster and gets better gas mileage...
