well...i am now the proud owner of two Mazda RX-4s. i just pulled them out of a coulee tonight. they were going to be crushed on friday, i had to save them. between myself and two friends, we saved 18 cars today...it makes me happy. i posted some pics in the new member section, and ill be taking some more tomorrow of them not buried up to the rockers in dirt. one was last registered in 81 and one was last registered in 83. one has 45k on it and one has 53k.

well...haven't even gotten the cars home yet and they have been vandalized...somebody decided they wanted in the trunk of them, so they took a pry bar and tried to pop the trunk open....i don't know why. apparently there is something in there they wanted. p*sses me off for two reasons...first, they are damaging my cars and second...any idea how difficult it is to find a trunk lid for an RX-4? actually, im pretty sure most of will know...fortunately i have a couple of friends that do body work

#2 is safely at home now. i feel much better. all thats left is the citroens, and if my friend finds a place to put them, then the studebaker 2 door wagon and the 1960 ford ranch wagon. other than that, the place is pretty well cleaned out. the cadillac, the two chevy pickups and the subaru are all going to be going to the big car lot in the sky. in the last week we have towed 13 cars home
