This is a picture of a 6 lug HUB bolt pattern to a 5 lug by 4 and 3/4 pattern. this bolt pattern is used by the FD Rx7

This hub shows where the original lugs are located. This modification could be done to REPU's and Mazda B2200 pick ups..

And the rotors have to be machined too right? I still wanna try figuring out if the hubs from a Rx7 FC would fit..

Judge Ito 03-06-2003 06:56 PM

nope the rotors do not have to be touched

MAZDAROTARYPOWER 03-06-2003 07:42 PM

I think all you have to do is drill them and tap them for a new wheel stud.Is that what you did Ito?

Judge Ito 03-07-2003 05:40 AM

I had my local machine shop do the hubs. some metal has to be removed from the center of the HUB. Then perfectly centered. At that point then you tap and drill.

Hey ito how did you do the rear? For a 5 lug swap on the discs?or does yours have drums?

Judge Ito 03-09-2003 05:56 AM

This truck that I'm currently building is using the original drum rear. Ill post pics on monday..

Racer X 03-09-2003 04:21 PM

How do you convert that over to a 5 lug setup then?
