Just because I responded to some poor guy with transactions with Ito, he is excusing himself with the same BS lines to people. People take your cars away from the man. Or get someone you can trust. I will provide pics of all the BS that has happened between the so called "Judge Ito" and me. Right now, I will be selling my car since I lost the love ever since it came back from Ito's shop. You know the so called "Professional Rotary shop".

[quote name='Judge Ito' date='Jul 8 2005, 05:41 PM']I have tried to do everything possible to make everyone happy. Things got way out of control and to much 4 me to handle. I am not going anywhere. I still here and trying to resolve matters with every single customer. Jerry I did not build your engine. is not my fault your engine did not even make it to the dyno. Michael = nutz if you wish to call me you could call me at 973-478-5954 this is my new place of work and I'll be resolving matters from here.

Jerry you make me laugh. I even went as far as telling you I'll drive down to your place and help you.

don't know what your getting out of this but to each it's own.

I am here trying to fix or take care of my last customers one day at a time..

Well finish my service that has been bought and paid for. Here is the list. I guess I make you laugh since you ripped me off. I am spreading the word since you disrespected me and my car. Answer to all of these questions I still have for you since you haven't follow up. I don't want your service but I want the following back or I will take you to court for this and more.

1. Where is my CD player in my car? The one my car had before it got there?

2. Where is my Autozone Battery that I put in two days before I took the car up there to your so called "Professional Shop"? I got back an Everstart Walmart Battery that even when you took your time prcrastinating on my car you 15 months. The battery you put in my car was even older by another year. Which doesn't work?

3. Why did you decide to put drinks and boxes on My Mariah Hatch causing all my new scratches in it? That hatch was recently painted when I took it up there.

4.Decided to redecorate my car with black rubber on my bumpers. "Scuffs"

5. You charged me $100 for a distributor and you didn't even install my line lock I paid you for? I want my $100 for not installing it.

6. Where is my 91 turbo alternator with Racing beat double pulley? The one I paid you to install and you decided to lose it and didn't do a damn thing about it.

7. Where is my Turbo 2 bellhousing? Not the one you tried to give me by removing it from another tranny. The one that should have been waiting for me by the "pro" shop.

8. Where is my Turbo 2 driveshaft? Since the driveshaft shop made a new one for me complete and I paid $330. I wonder if you lost MY driveshaft or sold it for profit again.

9. Nice MSD installation by the way. My 5 year old niece can do just like you. Just like the Nitrous purge valve hand tight you left for me.

Now people can see why I am sooooooooo Ticked off at the Almighty Ito. I want some money back or I will take you to court.

This does not sound like Judge Ito..

He is a good guy in general , knows what he is doing and is the least expensive techy around..

He works at the New mothers on route 46 and I dont think they would have him there if he was incompitent in any way. ..

I stand by Judge ito ..he is going through alot right now so give the man a brake !!!

why should he give the man a break, or care what is going on with his life?

he paid to have a job done. the job was not done to his satisfaction. when you get a bad meal at a restaurant, do you care what is going on in the poor chef's life, and excuse the horrible food? no, you want what you paid for.

Goopy,

Obviously, you wasn't the one that lost money if you want I can send you pics and people and references when my car was up there and my damages. I don't care personally, even giving the benefit of the doubt, that my engine went out. I look inside the exhaust ports and noticed my apex seals were beat up a little bit. I know they weren't like that when I took it up there. I remember I got a call from Ito on a Wednesday stating my car was doing good, he was impressed with it and it is going to kick ***. Then on a Saturday everything changed my motor has low compression. I have talked to several people and even got two rotary mechanics that came from Puerto Rico and took a quick look and they stated my car was overreved and shouldn't have done that.

If you don't believe me, I personally don't care, but unless you know the facts, don't come and say you stand behind Ito, for what???? If you want to fix what Ito didn't accomplish, great, if not stay at the sidelines....

This thing is to inform other rotorheads of the mishap I had. I was told Ito was good, I wouldn't drive from Virginia to New Jersey to let a shadetree touch the car. But I am not the only one with bad business practices with the man.

If he was going through a lot like you said he should have called me saying he can't fix the car instead of keeping me in suspense. I have been through a lot.

I guarantee he hasn't been through more stuff in the past 18 months than me. He ran a business and was getting paid for it. He wasn't doing it for beer money, friendship, weekend, etc.

There is no excuse. Obviously you wasn't the one getting cussed out by him because you was calling on why your own car wasn't done.

You wasn't the one that had the last 79 gas tank bought brand new lost to the radiator shop because he didn't pick it up time.

Besides all of the above, there has been more, but I would get tired to write it all.

So go ahead and stand by Ito and I stand by myself and about more than 50 people that know throughout the east coast and my fellow Virginian Rotorheads that came down to see the car at my house and were displeased.

Russell obviously knows what I am talking about.
