When I was having a slight fittment issue with his product, he was very responsive to all my emails, and when email wasn't sufficient, gave me his home phone number so we could talk out the details! Turns out that a very tiny mod to the part was required, and he walked me through each step. I refused to return the product, even after he offered several times to replace the part. The part was modified and fits like a glove now!

Sled Driver has amazing customer service, and quality parts. I can't say enough!

I agree. Were you having fitement problems with a passenger footrest? I was with having one with mine. I offered him a few suggestions that should help this problem. I think the cars vary quite a bit and it was causing some trouble. Emery is a straight up guy and he is cranking out some excellent products.
