I don't have the full story, nor is it really my place to say anything about it if I did.

 

I realize that Slava has paid for his space on the forum, but if you have been in contact with him, what does he say about all the items he owes people?

 

Maybe he ran back to russia.

 

and even if he is having personal problems he is not conducting good buisness and i think after the first time this happened his ad should have been taken down.

his bad rep is kinda giving the site a bad name.

A contract is a contract. Phins is right to hold up his end. If you have a beef with Slava, take it up with Slava. I do not believe that doing the right thing will ever give this site a bad name.

slava is associating his poor buisness practices with this site.

i mean you gotta do what you gotta do phins but from a buisness standpoint you should really try and do somethin about it.

I don't see him on IM anymore either... Matter of fact, haven't for quite some time...



I understand the frustration, but phins is right. Can't do **** right now. He paid his dues, and if his banner is taken down, phins breaks the contract.



Take into consideration that Rotormotorsports is a store, and has PAID for their space here, and phins is not responsible for what happens at the store... nor can he do anything about it.



But, as a community of enthusists we need to keep eachother informed... So keep it coming! We'll just try to decipher it as we get it..









I have talked to sevral different people (just trying to help) and I can back up some of what phins said with what I heard. I can't confirm or deny the authenticity, however: He did get kicked out of his house. He is trying to take care of all the customers and his accounts. He will be back.



Again.... This is what I heard. Just trying to put it out there. There is also no reason why a person who has lost money through him can't go to the BBB or similar. Best of luck!!

 

All of his store banking info was done through his wifes bank account/credit card....How do I know this?.....I just do.Something tells me that if she kicked him out of the house then I doubt he's going to have access to that bank account anymore.That's how relationships going down the ******* work usually.



I doubt he will be back and if he does, who will buy from him afte all this anyways?
