Gregs still owes me a refund of aprrox. $230 which he agreed to send me for the parts he never shipped from back in March 2005. I have tried to contact him via PM's & e-mail, but he refuses to answer. He did pay me $28 of the original $257.50 on 12/9/05, but basically ignores his business responsibilties and refuses to pay me what is due me. I continue to try to deal with him one-on-one but its difficult when he chooses to ignore you. So Greg, grow some *****, be a man and do the right thing. This is way beyond rediculous.

 

Yeah, im in the same boat. The admin needs to start banning people for refusing to conduct business properly. Not shipping parts on time, not sending them in the condition described or not sending them at all or a refund. If you are willing to basically steal from another member you should not be posting on this forum.

 

Yea well there's no winning is there, you purchased something from someone off of ANOTHER forum and it's my responsibility to monitor those transactions and ban accordingly.



No one has ever contacted me regarding bad sales from this member, so how exactly am I expected to root this person out and ban them?



The only action that was taken was thanks to a staff member who made me aware there had been some issues regarding sales elsewhere and therefor he has never been allowed to advertise anything for sale on this forum.



If you can't take the time to notify me of issues you've had based on transactions that have taken place on Nopistons.com then you can't expect me to use my psychic powers of deduction and ban them.

Greg, this got submitted for posting after numerous attempts to contact you, with no response. You are correct in that we have since made arrangements for you refunding my money. I would also like to note that you did send me a payment for half of the refund on 5/15. Thank you! I look forward to receiving the balance on 5/30 and having this business concluded.

 

Yup Greg, Here we go again! Same old bullshit.......different day!!! 5/30 has passed and to my surprise, no final refund payment. You told me the money was in your account at your new bank and that the delay was in that it just needed to be verified with PayPal. That generally takes a couple of days. Stop trying to blow smoke up my ***. And now, as in the past year, you refuse to answer my e-mail inquiries. I think I've waited enough time for you to get your **** together. I want my money......NOW!!



Oh, Those door panels you're selling look extremely familiar. Kind of like the ones I paid you for over a year ago and refused to ship.



PUBLIC SERVICE NOTICE: If anybody else out there plans on doing business with Greg, unless you have the parts in your hand, don't trust him to give you the parts after you have already given him your money!!!

 

Gregs Update: After Greg implied that he would make the final refund payment on 7/17, he has neither made the payment nor has he replied to my PM's regarding this. So again, I caution anyone thinking of doing business with Gregs, beware!

 

After over 1-1/2 years of bullshit, Greg has come thru and paid me the balance of the refund that he owed me. Our business is finally concluded. If there is anyone else out there that he owes money or parts to, I hope that he is in the process of settling up with them. Good luck.
