Actually ive gotten more then a few emails from other people reguarding my post here and the one that was deleted before, and they have all asked me how to pursue with issues, as they cant get ahold of anyone and their parts dont fit
Strange.. They can't get a hold of us so they email you? What are you the spokesperson now? Not only did you turn a few bad shipping transactions into a damn war, but you insist on trying to make my shop look bad. I did my best to help you. You call my shop, talk to Ron, tell him ALL IS well and then come here and cause problems. Thanks! Maybe you SHOULD have ordered from another company. My bet is you'd still be waiting. We made NO MONEY on your kit. Matter of fact, we harldy make money on ANY of them. If I wanted to make money I'd sell real-estate.

I'm not even going to get into this, nor will I sit here and try to defend myself when I have no need to (more than this one time, of course).

I have yet to get a complaint about a part not fitting. I can call the shop (MATTER OF FACT: Anyone can call the shop, RIGHT NOW 618-222-1201 and talk to someone. Tell them Justin is running a test. Tell them about your Easter, I don't care.) anytime during BUSINESS HOURS and get someone on the phone.

What part doesn't fit? WHAT CAR ARE YOU PUTTING IT ON?? I've installed 3 of these myself (to include my car) and haven't had any trouble. We DID get a few downpipes that had the wrong Vband flange and YOU WERE TOLD TO RETURN IT FOR THE CORRECT ONE. Your V-Band leaks? So did mine. Takes a few trys to get it on there right. Sure it's not a 50 dollar clamp.. You wan't an affordable kit right?

On a side note... The AF22R that many members on the other forum were so quick to poke fun at just made 390 at 13PSI at A-Spec in Chicago. Conservatively tuned. As soon as the owner of the car returns, I'll be sure to post the slips too.

I'm done. If you don't want to do buisness with me, fine. If you do, great. I enjoy working on cars. That's why I do this. If I wanted your money I'd sell the kits on Ebay and hide the shipping charges like everyone else, then you would be bined by contract to pay whatever rediculous amount I felt like charging. I'd use that money for the cheapest shipper and pocket the rest.

Everyone here knows me. Ask how many people I've GIVEN parts to. Usually I don't even ask for shipping. I'm in this because I enjoy it.. Not because its quick, or easy money.

I'm beginning to think that soon the turbo business will be in person, by appointment only. You bring your car, we install the kit. None of this badmouthing because things dont fit business.

In closing, if anyone would like to call me PERSONALLY to adress any issues PM me and I'll give you my number. If you'd rather keep it in the thread, fine too.

Oh, and if you think that coming in this thread and saying that this is no way of dealing with customers issues, or this is not way of doing business SAVE YOUR BREATH. I've been dealing with this for months now. You try doing this and having people try to ruin something you put your life savings and heart into... see where you get.

I have to agree with base3. I have only read that he is a straight up dealer. If something were wrong with one of his employees he'd fix it fast. I have contacted him a few times and he Is more than willing to help in many ways. I have talked to him about getting work done. He was very willing to help and make a very good deal that will be very hard to pass if I can afford it. I would buy from him. Its just too bad that he isn't close to the west.

Ims orry but coming on here and posting was my only option. I even wrote jason from the rx7store about my dealings and the other customer dealings with you along with their emails, strangely enough he said he had heard some stories and within a week your section was gone. I get the emails because Ive sold alot of things myself on the forum, ebay, and locally at my shop, and I dont mind saying what I feel. If you look at the name of this section is vendor feedback, so I gave my experience, which Im allowed to do, if you dont like it or dont agree then fine. I have been in buisness for long enough to know what good customer service is and isnt, and I was not pleased. You wrote me through pms and even stated that you dont know half of what is going on at the shop as you arent there. As for putting these on a car without an issue, thats cute. The one person who hasnt seemed to have an issue is the owner of the shop, of course you wouldnt bad talk your own shop. I took the manifold to a local shop that builds manifolds for drag only cars at new england dragway and they all but laughed at the quality, and made me another one free of charge because I am a good customer with them. I have photos of the manifold cracks if you wish to see from another customer. Also the v-band flange on the downpipe is the wrong size to mate with the turbo properly, especially with the cheap $10 clamp, which is why you are having issues with getting it mated right. ive installed enough superchargers and turbo kits to know that these things are expected, but at least the shop usually owns up to them. I agree that when I did talk to people whether it be you, or ron you very nice, and very direct. However, you werent very honest. You dont seem to get that I wasnt upset about it being late, I was upset about being misled 3 seperate times that the kit had been shipped when a simple honest answer would have done it. Sorry but if you cant take feedback that isnt always positive then good luck.

I have no problem with feedback.. Positive or negative, but I have the right to at least defend myself.

Also, you are correct. I don't frequent the shop much. I own it, don't run it.

These things are on like every other FD in the midwest and I have yet to see any failures.. PLEASE send me some pictures. I'd love to see this. I have the largest turbo available with these kits (and heaviest with the jet hot) bolted to my car on one of these same manifolds and haven't had a problem.. Nor have I seen one. If there are any problems, I haven't been made aware.

It's not like I won't talk bad about my own shop in regards to the installation of this kit... If I knew there was problems, I would have pointed it out. (As I've pointed everyone interested in kits to this thread) I haven't had any problems, nor have heard of any. My kit installed without a headache.. Minus the same clamp you have. It WILL work, just takes a few trys. I bought the kit from the guy bulding them BEFORE I bought into the shop. Not that it really matters though.. Unless I was looking wrong, I was pretty positive that Ron told you to return the DP.. As we had learned a shipment was sent with the wrong flanges.

I documented every ounce of installation data I had on this forum. I try to help other people doing the same things.. THis was before I was in buisness though.

Anyway, Joe.. I wish you luck in your business, and I'm sorry I (PERSONALLY) could not help you resolve your issues. As I said, I don't really do much more than own the shop.. Hopefully that will change, but I have military obligations right now.

Regards,

Justin
