Beware Of Chuckyarus
#1
I ordered an intake from ChuckYarus. First off, he first sent me the wrong tracking number. No big deal because he got me the right tracking number (after I've been waiting for two weeks and still no intake). Well I've been waiting since I sent him the money. I happened to run into a friend that works for UPS when I was trying to regester for classes. I told him what the web site said:
From UPS:
Status: Billing Information Received
Shipped to: CHATTANOOGA, TN, US
Shipped or Billed on: Oct 31, 2003
Tracking Number: 1Z 23X 965 03 0002 779 3
Service Type: GROUND
Weight: 11.00 Lbs
Note: UPS has received shipper's billing information electronically. i nformation received does not indicate shipment pickup or drop- off. Please contact the shipper for more details.
My friend unfortunaltey gave me some bad news. He said that some people will pay for tracking on a package and then never drop it off so it looks like the package got lost in the mail.
At first, Chuck was good about responding to my e-mails, but not since I sent him this one below.
"Still no intake. Please advise.
I contacted UPS and they said all they have is that a tracking number was purchased but no package is in the system. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt but my best friend got screwed for $475 from a guy in Florida so I'm a little paranoid right now. I've also contacted my credit card company about the charge and parpal. I would prefer the part I paid for but a refund would be sufficient. I don't want to have to involve other means to get my money back. Let me know something soon.
Thanks,
Heath"
Anyway, Chuck I just want the intake or a refund.
Thanks,
Heath

Chuck just e-mailed me and said that the package got mixed up with the guy in front of him so it should be straight now.
My reply to his PM & his PM:
"I appreciate the reply. And thanks for going the extra mile to make sure I get it. I'll let you know as soon as I receive it. I will also clear up the feed back section as soon as the intake arrives.
Thanks,
Heath
"
Hpefully this will all turn out right and I can turn this into a positive feedback for him!

Hey Heath, I found out what happened, see when I got the first tracking # that was from the guy in front of me in line that wasn't right. They put his tracking # on my box also, a electronics company got my package that's in Tennessee and there sending it to you from there company. It should be in your hands in 2 days. That's why when you looked up the right tracking # it says it going to tennesse, but it was never intransit, because there was no package pickup, but the guy in front of me had 2 packages. It's a cluster f*ck I must admit. My Pharmacy said they would call you an apologize for the whole mess up. I was on the phone forever. You can call me at ------ after 5 if you don't understand. Thanks Chuck, P.S. I would never d*ck someone over

My girlfriend just called me and told me UPS came by. First off, I didn't know they made deliveries at 7:00PM on friday nights, but according to her, the intake FINALLY arrived. (Well in her words, "must be car parts but it looks like two lamp shades that are red.") lol
Thanks Chuck for coming throuh for me. I must admit you had me worried but you're OK in my book now!
