Well, I purchased a set of S5 tail light off of the "parts for sale" forum from badassrx for $225. He didn't want to use paypal so I sent payment promptly through a money order using ceritfied mail.

I got reciept to show that he got it within about a week. I waited about another week and a half with no tail lights so I sent him a pm asking what was up. He said that his wife had accidentally knocked them off a shelf and broke them. He also said that he had been away on business and thats why he hadn't sent them earlier. He offered me my money back or another set from a friend. I told him that I wanted my money back and I gave him my information.

About another week and a half I sent another PM to him asking about the status of my money.

No reply. Two days later I sent him another one explaining that I had found another source to purchase them from and I needed the money. Still no reply......?

I hope he is just busy with work and still intends on sending me my money. I dont want to make anyone look like a theif just because they are busy but this is a lot of money and I need it sooner rather than later.

If you wan't to do buisiness with this person keep this in mind.

He is located in Tully, New York if that helps at all. I dont know what my options are at this point. I have been told that I can contact the authority's in his town and report it as theft but I dont want it to have to come to that.

I just got a PM from him this morning. Hopefully the issue will be resolved shortly. As I suspected he was busy with work.

Well, no payment to fallow his contact. My friend that works at the collection agency said that he's stalling. I will involve the police soon if I do not have my money. This is really frustrating!
