I'm not sure about cash, I tried caling but that was useless, so I'm not sure if the enterance fee is still in effect. As far as food you can bring your own and BBQ or thie is a bar/food place there too

whats the expected time for this to end....

if it presents itself.. i may have an opportunity to go but would like to know if it would even be worth it if im runnin late....

Honestly I don't remember exactly. I do remember that it is exit 117 and as soon as you get off there are tons of signs to lead you to sandy hook
