I am pretty sure that car was at the NJ BBQ...vosko will probably know whose it is.

it looks like 1 at the bbq but i dont recall it having that wing.

yeah it was at the BBQ, He lives in Paterson. I can't confirm, but a friend who was at the BBQ said he seen that car broke down just before the GWB.
